...ok first of all: Ringo’s ears. They defy gravity. ⁣ ⁣ I rise at 5 and I DANCE. Every day. I’m⁣ not a “good” dancer. I’m Swedish😂 I just put on music that makes me want to move and I move and I move and I move. Sometimes I shake and bounce and make crazy faces and sometimes I move my hips and sometimes I end up on the floor and sometimes I feel sexy and sometimes I feel silly and sometimes I channel my inner toddler so deeply that I celebrate with a big cry. ⁣ ⁣ It’s the best. The best! Highly recommend to rise early and move like you don’t give a fuck (because why should you!!!!). This morning Lea woke up because she reached for Dennis to snuggle but he wasn’t there (he’s biking). In the end she says she got sad because she woke up and Daddy wasn’t there and she wanted to cuddle with him😭⁣ ⁣ The moral of the story is: DANCE AND CUDDLE TODAY! That is all! ⁣ ⁣ xo🥰

10 things that happened on my birthday: ⁣ ⁣ 1. This sunrise. I got two quiet hours to myself before Dennis and Lea “woke me up” with cake and balloons😋⁣ 2. My birthday peaked at 7am when I got the present of the decade in finding out I am going to be godmother of this absolute angel! @orothschild and little Hedda (and Pappa Pati) called and then I cried for an hour. It was the best cry. ⁣ 3. Went for a swim, journaled and had my coffee by the sea. ⁣ 4. We said goodbye to one of our foster dogs! Asher began his journey to his forever home Philadelphia❤️⁣ 5. Got these unbelievable crystal singing bowls that @dennisfromsalad spent weeks looking for. This man, I tell you!!! ⁣ 6. This setup. The sweetest. The Dino balloon!!!!!⁣ 7. Daddy-o took a nap. I took a selfie.⁣ 8. (so did Lea)😂⁣ 9. Again: best husband award 🥇 ⁣ 10. Dinner on the beach, and some hammock time. ⁣ ⁣ I AM SO GRATEFUL! ⁣ And so, so ready for this next trip around the sun. Bring it, universe!💛💛💛

The best ending to the best day. This was the most easygoing, unpretentious, calm, perfect birthday I’ve ever had. Will share more tomorrow because it’s 8pm and this 32-year old is excited for her 5am wake up call😌 ⁣ ⁣ Goodnight, world💫 and thank you! x
