Happy Sunday! Why not impress the whole family with our Oatibix pancakes? 🥞 Warning: they taste so good your family might ask you to make brunch for the foreseeable future 😋

Is there anything that Weetabix doesn't go with..? We don't think so either, so why not try a fantastic alternative dessert this weekend with our -a-bix 🥣 Made with healthy Weetabix loaded with iron to help combat fatigue.. ? Ingredients: 2 Weetabix ½ ripe banana (mashed) 1 ½ teaspoons of mascarpone 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 3 pineapple chunks (fresh or tinned) 4 raspberries 7-8 blueberries A drizzle of honey Method: Mash the banana in with the Weetabix and then firmly press into three small moulds and leave in the fridge for 30 mins Fold lemon juice into the mascarpone and spread it over the bases Decorate the top with your choice of fruits, we've used pineapple chunks, blueberries and raspberries Finally, squeeze honey on top to finish!

If a great morning to you means coffee and Weetabix, why not combine them both and create an Italian inspired breakfast masterpiece? Recipe below ☕️ Ingredients: - 2 Weetabix - A cup of your favourite espresso - 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt - 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder - A handful of raspberries Method: - Drizzle half a cup of your morning coffee over one Weetabix biscuit and let it soak in. - Top with natural yogurt (sweetened with a little honey, if desired), then simply place a second biscuit on top. - Drizzle tithe rest of your coffee over it, spread another layer of yogurt and sprinkle with cocoa powder. - To finish, toss some raspberries around the tower and drizzle a few more drops of coffee around the plate. Finito. 👌

Torn between wanting avo on toast and your daily Weetabix? Don’t worry we have a solution... Introducing 🥑🍳 recipe below: Ingredients: - 4 Weetabix - 2 eggs - 2 teaspoons of hollandaise sauce - 30g chorizo (sliced) - 1 teaspoon of oil - 1 avocado - A drizzle of balsamic glaze - A pinch of chilli flakes, salt and pepper Method: - To poach your eggs, bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add a pinch of salt and then break your eggs (one at a time) into a mug and pour gently into the saucepan. The eggs will take 2-4 mins to poach based on how firm you want them. - As they cook, slice the chorizo and fry with a teaspoon of oil in the pan. - Remove the two poached eggs with a slotted spoon and place one onto each Weetabix, followed by the hollandaise sauce and fried chorizo. - For the next stack, place your smashed avocado onto your two Weetabix. - Then add freshly topped baby tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. - Finish all with a sprinkle of chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Bread. Who needs it?

As it turns to the new season why not mix up your morning Weetabix with our Autumnal inspired walnut-loaf-a-bix 🍂 recipe below: Ingredients - 2 Weetabix - 450g plain white flour - 7g sachet fast-action yeast - 60g chopped walnuts - 25g sunflower seeds - 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil - 200ml milk - 2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt - 1 teaspoon of salt Method - Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to create a soft dough - Leave it to rise in a warm place for a few hours. Punch the dough to deflate. - Put into a stoneware pot or lined casserole dish. Allow it to rise again in a warm place for a few hours. - Bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins until golden brown. - Cut your bread into thick slices and spread with strawberry chia jam liberally over each and top with fresh figs, walnuts and honey.

Last year, 1.8 million school age children in the UK were at risk of starting the day hungry, which Weetabix are proud to be helping to combat. 🥣✨
