Este pequeño estado en el oeste mexicano ofrece un poco de todo: playas salvajes, densos paisajes tropicales, pueblos coloniales montañosos y localidades costeras con rollo. Es seguro, relajado, muy accesible y preparado para el turismo!

THE MOST SURPRISING CITY IN MEXICO?____________________________________ 🇬🇧 Monterrey was the city that surprised me the most! If I would’ve teleported there not knowing where I was I could’ve guessed it was a city in California or one in South America. Every neighborhood is different and there are some striking contrasts! Surrounded by green mountains, I would’d hardly guessed it was Mexico before this trip! ____________________________________ 🇪🇸 Monterrey fue posiblemente fue la ciudad de México que más me sorprendió. Si me hubieran teletransportado allí sin saber donde me encontraba hubiese podido decir que se trataba de una ciudad californiana como una en America del Sur! Cada barrio es distinto y hay unos contrastes increíbles! Rodeado de verdes montañas, me hubiese costado adivinar que era Mexico antes de mi viaje!

Huasca de Ocampo, the first Pueblo Mágico in Mexico was the perfect place to fix that! Do you think we succeeded? ____________________________________ 🇪🇸 Después de tres semanas en México, viajando con mis amigos @traveltomtom y @elchad y sus tres sombreros, nos dimos cuenta que nunca los habíamos sacado del coche para una foto. However, some of us argue that the social and economic repercussions of shutdowns will be far worse and yet to come. It’s the hottest debate nowadays, live our lives in risk or stay put. WHAT’s THE BEST PUEBLO MAGICO IN MEXICO?____________________________________ 🇬🇧 Most tourists will agree that it’s San Miguel de Allende. It definitely has the picturesque colonial wonders to back it up. Well kept colorful buildings in a characteristic yellow and red, cool restaurants and hip stores. It’s probably the obvious pick! Somehow though, it lost a bit of its charm in this mainstream flourishing. Avo toasts and smoothie bowls replaced the once quintessential Pueblo Magico. There are 121 of these magical Mexican towns, and trust me, you’ll find many still have their magic intact! La mayoría de turistas responderían que San Miguel de Allende. Y, sin duda, tiene todas las joyas coloniales que podríamos necesitar para sustentar esta opinión. Sus cuidadas calles, edificios coloridos en rojo y gualda característico, y tiendas y restaurantes de moda. Es probablemente, la opción más evidente. Sin embargo, en mi opinión, perdió un poco del encanto con su boyante popularidad. Las tostadas de aguacate y los smoothies reemplazaron la esencia del Pueblo Mágico por excelencia.
