Quick and easy, these Halloween Fun Size Twix mummies will add a little fun to any Halloween party. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes (+ 30 minutes standing time) Makes: 12 servings Ingredients: 12 (.85 oz) Halloween Fun Size Twix 2 tbsp butter 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 2 oz white chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla extract 24 candy eyes Instructions: 1.Arrange Twix on parchment paper–lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart; set aside. 2.Melt butter in saucepan set over medium heat; stir in mini marshmallows until melted. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in vanilla. 3.Using fork or spoon, drizzle melted marshmallow mixture over each Twix to resemble bandages of a mummy. 4.Press 2 candy eyes onto each mummy. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes or until cooled and set.   Tip: Substitute mini chocolate chips for candy eyes. This TWIX mash-up of a layered cookie base and cheesecake topping in one dessert is the perfect sweet bite. 😋   Prep Time: 20 minutes  Cook Time: 20 minutes   Total Time: 40 minutes   Makes: 20    Ingredients:     1/2 cup all-purpose flour  1/8 tsp baking soda  Pinch salt  1/4 cup butter, at room temperature  2 tbsp brown sugar  1 tbsp granulated sugar  1 egg yolk   1/2 tsp vanilla extract  4 pkg Twix Cookies & Creme, chopped and divided  1/4 cup caramel sauce     Cheesecake Layer:  6 oz brick-style plain cream cheese  3 tbsp granulated sugar  1 egg     Instructions:     0.Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 20-cup mini muffin pan with paper liners.   0.Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Using electric mixer, beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until blended; fold in half of the chopped Cookies & Creme.   0.Roll cookie dough into 20 balls; press into bottom of each prepared cup. Refrigerate until ready to use.   0.Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; beat in egg just until combined. Spoon over cookie layer in each cup.   0.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheesecake layer is set. Sprinkle with remaining chopped Cookies & Creme.
