is formed by a series different buildings. Each villa has its own unique style, the main difference between each one of the villas would be location and area of condos.
The Masterplan of Punta Majahua was designed to prioritize the view and comfort of the condos. Thanks to its incredible location on the peninsula, it has allowed us to give every condo ocean views and beachfront.
Ground Floor condos will enjoy having private access to the beach, a large pool and garden, while the upper floors will have the most spectacular 180ยช ocean views.

Beiluo Bay Cliff Pool ๐
The swimming pool is surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the sea on the south, covering an area of nearly 3,000 square meters. The construction took 15 months and cost nearly 40 million yuan.
With a modern minimalist approach and an infinite yearning for the magnificent natural scenery, the design seeks to โplaceโ a swimming pool on the steep cliff with the least design lines, the least colors and the least ecological intervention.
The pool tiles are selected in light blue, which reflects the refreshing and dreamy blue luster under the refraction of sunlight and water surface, forming a certain color difference with the blue of the sea, enriching the color level of the sea surface and bringing unforgettable visual enjoyment to tourists.
The green space around the swimming pool is planted with unique palm trees, such as Hyophorbe lagenicaulis, H. E. Moore, Pandanus utilis Borg., Wodyetia bifurcata A.K.Irvine, etc.

Renovated from its base, deploys today facing the Bay a base adorned with sunny to old terraces stones, topped with a concrete box gross tinted in the mass form, beveled, hemmed of an outdoor passageway, which gives overall beauty.
Exit the roof tiles, the roof terrace is now vegetated and offers in the light of the South a playing field on which expressed the grayed out nuances of the concrete.

Tree House Villa ๐
The owner hopes to promote the second upgrade of hotel products through outdoor landscape space construction.
In terms of space organization, we keep the original landform of the site as far as possible and create a comfortable and spacious outdoor environment under limited conditions.
We follow the natural and regional gifts, the landscape materials of the tree house garden, and we restore the environment by using local kenaf stones, bluestone, red oak, and so on. Subtract the state of the complex modifying and reducing material itself.

Catwalk villa ๐
The program from the client included 5 bedrooms, a garage, a pool and a strong wish of being able to enjoy both the sea and the mountain landscapes. In response to this requirement, we created a long platform which was quickly nicknamed โthe catwalkโ and which would connect both views.
Moreover, this concrete linear element creates a split between the day and night area. On both sides of it, a 3x3m grid organizes an ensemble of pixelated units that contain services and bedrooms; some of them with balconies, others with direct access to the garden.
The catwalk stands in opposition to the intimate night and service areas, thus spreading out into the landscape with a 5m cantilever roof.
In order to keep construction costs under control, local simple materials such as concrete blocks and white plaster where used for the facade.

Sheikh Zayed Learning Center๐
Inspired by the surrounding desert and mountainscape, the structural form generates a continuous loop in the architectural promenade that evokes a Moebius band.
Unlike a flat desert, the building offers a series of experiences in the vertical axis, which Chalabi references as a driving element behind the projectโs continued success.
According to Chalabi, the building spirals down below grade around a funnel-like inverted courtyard space evoking the โexperience of geological layers and underground water sourcesโ.
He added that the buildingโs looping circulation is suitable for museums, as it avoids dead-ends and offers various perspectives between galleries.

Natel weekend villa ๐
The strategy of the project was to create a relatively closed and visually limited villa on one piece of land and turn the other piece into a garden that leads a part of the project to its center (the extension of the villa), and creates a semi open space for outdoor activities enclosed from neighborโs view to the yard without use of high walls based on the clientโs request.
The main limitations we faced during this project were the lack of local professional construction workers. the cheapest and most efficient materials were cement and concrete which the local workers were quite familiar with.

The Bangkok Sathorn ๐
The project has occupied by more than 450 residential units. We decided to employ an elegant simplicity design to create the common taste of the luxurious feel to share by all residents.
The simple shape and line of landscape space-pattern-texture in various grey-dark tone in combining with lushness green of vegetation were used to create and emphasize the stable-soft-soothing ambience.
This homelike garden of Lawn space, Shaded Lounging Pergola, enveloping with green canopy foliage and the sound of the soothing sound of the cascading Waterfall that entirely separate the residents out from the busy world close by.
The sky family pool & sky boutique pool were created on each tips of the building looking northwards and southwards of the river.
These pools are connected by series of seating spaces on a colorful cushion sofa and enjoy breezing and fantastic view of the sunset and panoramic view of the bangkokโs famous city skyline.

With the idea of โan art gallery floating on cloudsโ, we blurred the boundary between buildings and natural environment by landscape. Skillful landscape design not only balances the complex terrain but also presents three romantic scenes: Roam Around the Wonderland, Mountain Stream, Light and Shadow.
The blank space here connects nature with the soul. You can have a dialogue with everything without saying a single word: the distant mountains, the sea of โโflowers, the lakes, the grassy slopes, the mountain winds, fog
To reduce the strong visual and environmental collision, we apply landscape skills to create a natural transition and maximize the natural views, allowing architecture, landscape and human beings to exist in harmony.
Zigzag footpath integrates naturally into the surroundings, enriching the walking experience and creating a unique art atmosphere

Villa Chams โ๏ธ
Laying remotely within Lebanonโs most arid and historical naturescape, Villa Chams embraces its surroundingโs identity from the flora to the Roman temples, and presents itself as a melodically elemental story teller.
The pool is floored with rough terrazzo, mixed with native mineral aggregates, which emits a grounding effect and massages the feet.
Flowing like a river through concrete columns, the water comes to a gentle rest by bordering rocks that lead to a view of neighboring plants, distant mountains and sky.
Rooms are naturally furnished with poured earth concrete walls, stone, light and layers of view, emitting an earthy sensorial balance.
The bathroom, irradiated solely through a skylight, is embraced with a floor to ceiling rock and contrasting smooth sound reflective walls which further enhance the soothing water acoustics.

In the entrance space, we use the up and down shapes of the hills and continue the spiritual fortress into a cutting method of the site. The undulating texture of the broken lines echoes the pedestrian ramps and the facade of the building, creating an entry image that fades into prosperity and returns to nature.
The integrated design extends the landscape interface and creates an iconic landscape entrance with artistic discrimination.
The lighting breaks the edges of the spaces. The daylight becomes the paintbrush of the art of the time. Under the glorious reflection of the houndstooth lattice, the graceful thousands of gestures of lights rippled into a luxurious lifestyle.
The waterscape like a mirror reflects the entire sales office building on the water surface. A paper crane named โWishโ is flying to welcome the visitors and create a poetic ceremonial entrance space.

The landscape uses a built-in design approach that incorporates contemporary aesthetics and oriental aesthetics after understanding and solving functions.
The architectural vocabulary flows through the landscape, and the landscape extracts the elements of the buildingโs fold line.
The black paving line on the ground has become the guide line for people, and long staggered paving has a strong sense of direction.

The Bangkok Sathorn ๐
The project has occupied by more than 450 residential units. We decided to employ an elegant simplicity design to create the common taste of the luxurious feel to share by all residents.
The simple shape and line of landscape space-pattern-texture in various grey-dark tone in combining with lushness green of vegetation were used to create and emphasize the stable-soft-soothing ambience.
This homelike garden of Lawn space, Shaded Lounging Pergola, enveloping with green canopy foliage and the sound of the soothing sound of the cascading Waterfall that entirely separate the residents out from the busy world close by.
The sky family pool & sky boutique pool were created on each tips of the building looking northwards and southwards of the river.
These pools are connected by series of seating spaces on a colorful cushion sofa and enjoy breezing and fantastic view of the sunset and panoramic view of the bangkokโs famous city skyline.
