Today is World Mental Health Day ❤️ Let’s continue to open up and remove the stigma that’s still so wrongly attached to mental health. This year has been particularly hard... I’ve had my own internal battle going on in my head and everything that’s happened this year, being in lockdown in Melbourne has made it all very difficult to manage. One thing that has helped me mentally has been making time for myself, every single day, to do something that fuels my heart and my body with joy. Today I’m going to fill my day with those things... starting with a slow morning in bed with my boys and a homemade coffee, a LIVE KIC yoga flow at 10:30am, a walk outside, a face mask, binge some gossip girl, check in with some friends (virtually) and finish off the day with a bath and some old jazz tunes. Do three things that bring you joy today. Check in with your friends - this year has been tough on absolutely everyone. Sending lots of love to anyone that needs it ❤️

Did you know that one woman dies in Australia every eight hours from ovarian cancer – that’s one woman too many. 💙 I will be frocking up everyday for the first week of October, and donating the dress in this image in the coming weeks (I’ll pop all the details on how you can be a part of the auction to raise funds in my stories next week) This picture brings me so much joy, a very special moment celebrating the engagement of Dalt and Laurs, and I absolutely love this dress - but the thought of being able to pass a dress on that is attached to such a positive memory, to raise funds for such an important cause and to let someone else enjoy it and make new memories in it brings me so much joy. So frock up, raise funds, and frock cancer - wear a dress to show your support for and raise awareness for @OCRF 💙 I’ll pop more details in my story later today and a link to their site where you can donate.
