@pierre_le_gourmand has been nagging @carloshcapparelli and I for an icecream sandwich of sorts for what feels like more than a year!
Kaya is a rich coconuty pandan custardy "jam" from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand - we've used @verenalochmuller's recipe and smeared it between two grilled and buttered up slices of her milk bun loaf and then drenched it in lime syrup 😋 its a goodie
