Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and give your esquites an extra kick by adding Lay’s Kettle Cooked Flamin’ Hot chips. 🌽 Recipe below! ESQUITES (MEXICAN CORN SALAD) 1 cups fresh corn kernels, just cut from cob 1 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoons mayonnaise (low fat is fine) or Mexican crema 2 tablespoons queso fresco or cotija cheese, crumbled 1 lime cut into wedges (optional) ½ cup crushed Lay’s Kettle Cooked Flamin’ Hot chips 1. Heat the butter in a pan. 2. Add the corn kernels and salt. Sauté for another 4 minutes and remove from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly and stir the mayonnaise in. Move to a serving bowl. 3. Layer into the bowl one layer of corn, followed by a layer of crumbled queso fresco or cotija cheese, and then a layer of crushed Lay’s Kettle Cooked Flamin’ Hot chips. Repeat so you end up with six layers total. 4. Top with fresh squeezed lime juice.

Try Lay’s Wavy with Cake Batter Dip before summer leaves us. 🍰 Cake Batter Dip Recipe 8 oz cream cheese, softened 8 oz whipped topping, thawed 1/3 - 2/3 cup milk (start at 1/3 and add) 1 box cake mix Sprinkles INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl with a hand mixer beat the cream cheese and whipped topping until combined and smooth 2. Add cake mix and 1/3 cup milk and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Add milk until you get to your desired consistency. 3. Top with sprinkles, serve with Lay’s Wavy and enjoy!

Lay’s Kettle Cooked Flamin Hot and a fried chicken sandwich. Name a better duo, we’ll wait. Recipe below ⤵️ Lay’s® Flamin’ Hot Spicy Chicken Sandwich    1 bag Lay’s® Flamin’ Hot® Kettle Cooked Potato Chips  1 lb. thinly sliced chicken breast   2 eggs + 2 Tbsp. water  1 cup flour  1 tsp. salt  ½ tsp. black pepper  ¼ tsp. chili powder  2 Tbsp. cornstarch  1/3 cup mayo  2 tsp. lemon juice  2 tsp. sriracha sauce  1 pinch of cayenne pepper  Burger buns + Toppings    Instructions:  Pre-heat oven to 375 °F.  Finely crush the Lay’s® Flamin’ Hot® Kettle Cooked chips and pour into a shallow tray or plate.  In a bowl, make egg-wash by whisking together the eggs and water.  Make seasoned flour by mixing the flour, cornstarch, and all spices and seasonings. Place into a shallow tray or plate.  Bread the thinly sliced chicken breasts by lightly tossing in the seasoned flour. Shake off the excess, then dip into the egg-wash. Allow excess to drip before finally coating the chicken with the crushed Lay’s®. Gently press the chip pieces so that they adhere to the entire surface.  Transfer the crusted chicken onto a sheet tray lined with foil.  Bake for approximately 20 minutes (flipping halfway through), or until the chicken is cooked and the coating is crunchy, but the chips are not burnt.  Meanwhile, make the spicy mayo by whisking together the mayo, lemon juice, sriracha, and cayenne pepper.  Remove the cooked Lay’s® Flamin’ Hot ® Crusted Chicken from the oven. Stack on top of a toasted bun, along with the spicy mayo, and your favorite toppings. Serve and enjoy!
