When I started posting on social media most people in my life really didn’t understand what I was doing and to be honest neither did I. I didn’t start this account for it to be my job (I wasn’t aware that could be a thing)... Little did I know, I had stumbled upon this entire community filled with humans who were looking for the same thing. Support. Connection... and just the freedom to expand and grow. I was so inspired. I felt supported and inspired and even though it’s been years, I still do now. I didn’t know back then that this would be my job but I’m grateful to the 21 year old me who just went for it. If I had listened to every person who told me that I needed to get a real job or that this wasn’t worth it, I wouldn’t be where I am today or who I am. My point is that not everyone is going to understand you or get you or get where you see yourself going. Sometimes you might even doubt yourself (that’s ok)... but please stay consistent. Stay focused. Stay in your vision. This is no one else’s journey but your own. And you are in the drivers seat. You get to choose how you show up in this world. How you show up in this space. Make sure you show up for yourself. Make sure you choose you.

Set your timer for 45 seconds each exercise and repeat each exercise 4 times!
1. HANDSTAND WALL HOPS: Focus on getting your hips up as you begin shifting the weight into your arms and getting your toes on the wall as lightly as possible
2. COMPLEX MOVE: Flow between downward dog - pike push up - dolphin - dolphin push ups - downward dog
3. WALL PRACTICE: One of the best ways to feel through this movement and understanding where you need to put what!
4. FOREARM PLANK ROTATIONS: A little core work is so important so please don’t skip this exercise 👀
