I’m extremely assertive, decisive, and blunt - it works well when running a business and when problems arise 🤣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. I hate artificial lighting. I would rather sit in a dark room than turn on lights.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Trypophobia. I have it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. When I’m stressed, I can’t do anything until I figure out the solution to my problem.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. made it back to chi after five (yes, five) weeks at the parents. i spent every day drinking 8 cups of coffee and i don’t know how i’ll survive with no coffee. i just ordered a pour-over and hoping it does the trick 🤣

what is going to be your FIRST thing you’ll do when quarantine is over? i’m 100% grabbing coffee with a friend and going on the river walk ❤️

how to stay busy and productive (even in quarantine) 😏 ya’ll - i’m slowly losing my mind not leaving the house but i’m hoping && learning to take advantage of this quiet time. i spent the morning updating my website and working on a few custom newsletter designs. people always ask me what i like to do for fun and i usually respond with “work” but i’m legit running out OF WORK. ?! anyway, it’s so important to not get behind on your tasks and productive, even when ‘flix is coaxing you to keep watching.⁣ ⁣ 💫 stay on-top of your workouts: i’m still working out every day for about an hour. i’m doing more body workouts and cardio than ever (probably a good thing) but get creative. itsines is awesome for at-home workouts and i’ve been using the dog to squat with 🤣⁣ ⁣ 💫 have a to-do list: i have a to-do list for things that of high and mild importance for everyday life. i still utilize one while being at home, for both clients (tasks like sending pitches, brand outreach, SEO updates, etc) and myself (workout, walk the dog, etc). it helps keep me occupied and productive throughout the day!⁣ ⁣ 💫 get creative + have fun: i have been recording podcast episodes and finalizing my course that should’ve been released 2 months ago. oops. i’ve also even creating newsletter + social media graphics to send to influencers, just for fun.⁣ ⁣ 💫 get outside: i feel 10x better when i’m busy and outside. i’m so used to walking bean and hanging @ the dog park for an hour or two everyday and miss this! i’ve been trying to go outside and walk her a few times a day + training outside!
