Today is World Mental Health Day, and for this we have the pleasure of teaming up with @lululemonfr to bring you a new series around mental health, mindfulness and hydration.
Filmed at our very own catchment area in Evian-les-Bains in the heart of the French Alps, @eugenielovesbloom, founder of @welovebloom.co, and @florianebng, meditation and yoga teacher, share with us their inspiring stories.
