Look out - Mumma’s got her hair done, put makeup on & is wearing a dress not PJ’s or leggings covered in vomit - well there’s still vomit on my dress but it blends in so perfectly you wouldn’t even know it! 🤣 I believe it’s important to prioritize yourself & do “nice” things for yourself that make you feel good - but it definitely doesn’t always happen these days - actually it rarely happens. 🙈 That’s ok though, I’m in a tough phase with the kids and it will pass. I keep telling myself that! 😬🤣 When Izaac isn’t crying (which is rare) I still hear him crying in my head - I feel like I’m losing my mind! 🙈 Anyway my amazing partner Dec will deal with him over the next couple of days while I film something exciting for my new FIT APP!! Can’t wait to share it with you all - you’ll love it! 😃
Thank you to everyone for your baby tips & advice - I really do have the best, most helpful followers ever! Love you all! 😘🥰

Special afternoon playing in the pool with my girl. 💗 Zac takes up a lot of my time - he has colic/purple crying or whatever it’s called so it’s been hard to spend one on one time with Mia which breaks my heart. 😭 So today I made sure we had quality time together - just the 2 of us. 🥰
I’m hoping Izaac improves soon, some people say it lasts several months. 😩 I thought he was better last week when he started napping on his own throughout the day but he’s regressed now. 😢 He just screams constantly for no apparent reason. Obviously I love him to bits but he’s bloody hard! 🙈
My little munchkins! 😍 Oh how becoming a mother has changed me in so many ways & for the better I think! It’s the most amazing (& hardest) experience! I still can’t believe I grew these 2 little humans! 😍🙌🏼 P.S. getting a photo of the 3 of us together is extremely challenging haha! 🤣🙈

Izaac is 3 months old today! 😱
Where has 3 months gone?! It’s been a tough but wonderful 3 months. Zaccy is getting a little more settled just these last couple of days. Before that he would cry constantly & wouldn’t sleep unless he was attached to me or his Dad. I do love being close to him but it’s hard getting ANYTHING done - even going to the loo is tough. 🙈 Anyway, he seems he is improving thank goodness!! 😃🙌🏼 I’m so excited to get on top of the housework haha! - The things you get excited about doing as a parent hey! 🤣🙈

Mixing & matching my @womensbestwear 🥰⠀
I’m 12 weeks postpartum already! 😱 Time is FLYING!⠀
⠀
I just wanted to talk about posture after having a baby & show you the difference between having good posture with a “tight” tummy & not so good posture with it “relaxed”. It is SO hard to hold your tummy in after having a baby - it’s pretty much a core workout in itself haha! 😝 As well as pelvic floor & core specific exercises I believe it’s really important to also draw your tummy in while standing and walking around - especially to support your back while carrying a baby! ⠀
⠀
I like to lift the pelvic floor first then drawn my tummy in from the bottom up - like you’re zipping yourself up! Of course it’s impossible to hold the pelvic floor & core tight 24/7 but I try to do it as much as I can throughout the day. It’s about getting your pelvic floor functioning well & core strong & also encouraging your right & left abs to come together & stay there & the connective tissue (facia) to become tighter around the Ab muscles. While pregnant it softens & stretches & the abs come apart (called Diastasis Recti) to allow for the growth of the baby. It doesn’t just snap back after giving birth - some people are lucky and don’t have to do anything for it to return to “normal” or pre pregnancy but most people need to work at it consistently & it takes time! I’m definitely one of those people! After having my first baby Mia it took almost a year for my body to return to being close to my pre-baby body & I still found it hard to keep my tummy tight before I fell pregnant with Izaac. As many of you know, I bloat a lot so that doesn’t help! 🙈😬⠀
You’ve gotta be patient after having a baby as most bodies don’t “snap back” - it takes work & it takes time. You’ve gotta be conscious of your posture as much as possible and really work on standing tall with your tummy drawn in, shoulders back, chest up & back straight.⠀
Remember - IT TAKES TIME & EFFORT!! 😉😘 ⠀
⠀
⠀
⠀
Happy Father’s Day to the most amazing daddy ever! We are all so blessed to have you. I have never witnessed anyone love more than the way you love our kids. We love you so so much @recdedmond 🥰😘
P.S. Izaac is not happy here but he loves you too! 😝
I have no idea how people get these perfect family photos with everyone happy & smiling! At least one of our kids is always cranky! 🙈🤣

Self love, persistence & patience are important to have when getting back into fitness after childbirth. Actually they’re important for anyone who’s beginning their fitness journey!
I’ve said this many times but it’s true, the start is hard & absolutely sucks but it gets easier as you get fitter & you start feeling great before you know it!
I’m not naturally a motivated person, I have to create it every single day. Some days I don’t have it & don’t feel like working out & some days it’s impossible to workout even if I WANT to - my babies need their Mumma & they are of course my priority.
If I can though, I’m sticking to my training when I can (when it’s in my control) & I’m eating food that’s good for me & my fussy tummy haha! 🙈
I’m feeling great & while my progress seems slow at times, I’m getting there & have already come a long way since the start of my postpartum fitness journey. 😃
IT TAKES TIME & DON’T COMPARE TO ANYONE ELSE- remember that! ☺️
The many expressions of Izaac. 😍😁 He’s 2 months old today!! 😲 I can’t believe how fast he’s growing!
When he was first born I didn’t think he looked like Mia much but I think he’s looking more like her every day. What do you think?
Genetics are so fascinating I think! 😃
́n
This little boy gives me so much cute aggression! Argh I just love him so much I wanna squeeze him (I don’t btw) & kiss attack him. 🥰 Does anyone else get “cute aggression”? I didn’t even know it was an actual “thing” until only a few years ago.
I can’t believe lil Zaccy is already 7 weeks old! He’ll be in high school before I know it! 😭 He better still be Mumma’s boy even in high school!!
I cried when I first saw my body in the mirror after I gave birth to Izaac (6 hours before I took this pic). It wasn’t because I didn’t like what I saw, it was because I was IN LOVE with my body & was in complete AWE of what it had just done. It had literally birthed my son on it’s own at home - I didn’t even have to push - it did it itself! 🙌🏼😍 HOW FREAKIN AMAZING ARE OUR BODIES?!!!
I’ve never in my life loved my body more & instead of criticising it & picking out our every little so called “flaw” (which I’d done for many of my younger years) I cried with joy & gratitude & thanked it. 🙏🏼
It makes me sad that so many women including my old self dislike their bodies. 😔 I am so blessed to grow, birth & breastfeed my 2 precious babies. 🙌🏼😃 I honestly couldn’t care less about having extra fat, cellulite, saggy skin or stretch marks. 🤪
💙 SO GRATEFUL 🙏🏼
