𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵 - 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀 👉 LINK IN BIO The last big Beaches Brew Party was our eighth edition in 2019. We celebrated with another amazing audience and endless good vibes. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟴 - 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘆 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿! 👉 LINK IN BIO Beaches Brew 2018 kicked off at the Harbour Stage, another collaboration with our friends at @garagesaleravenna , featuring performances from Liima, Omni, Amber Arcades, and Tobjah. Back at Hana-Bi, festival goers were treated to sets from some of today’s most remarkable acts, including The Comet Is Coming, Sudan Archives, and Flohio, as well as Ezra Furman, Tune-Yards, and Khruangbin. And we were especially honored to host Ethiopian jazz legend Hailu Mergia and his band. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟲 - 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀! 👉 LINK IN BIO In 2016, Beaches Brew celebrated five years by adding a fifth festival night at a very special location: Ravenna’s Rocca Brancaleone castle. Here, we screened @darioargento_official ‘s ‘Profondo Rosso’ in the open air, while Goblin - Claudio Simonetti's played the movie’s score live—a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The line-up for 2016 was one of the very best yet, and included @tysegall & the Muggers, Destroyer, @catelebon , @atakakofficial , @beakbristol , Royal Headache, @follakzoid , @suuns_mtl , @white_fence_official , @liimaband , Ryley Walker, Car Seat Headrest, Audacity, Adrián Crowley, DJ FITZ & Friends, Ninos Du Brasil, Dollkraut, DIRTY FENCES, The Abigails, Girls Names, Go Dugong, and Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin, as well as daily dj sets hosted by Red Light Radio Artwork was made by Italian illustrator and graphic designer @nadiapillon . .

The festival also expanded with a new location: the Harbour Stage, set along the water in Marina di Ravenna’s city center, with the help of @proloco_marinadiravenna . Festival guests sampled local cuisine and shopped stalls of records, art, vintage and home goods from regional, small business vendors (presented by @garagesaleravenna ), while Amsterdam’s @redlightradio dj’ed between sets. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟰 - 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲! 👉 LINK IN BIO After two years under Hana-Bi’s roof, in 2014 Beaches Brew expanded to include a second stage—positioned on the beach—for the week’s headlining act: Neutral Milk Hotel! The crew remembers it well. “Many of the Hana-bi regulars couldn’t believe that there was a second stage, and were waiting for Neutral Milk Hotel to play under the roof. I remember shouting to the crowd to go to the beach!” 😂 The 2014 line-up was stellar, with performances from @cloudnothings , Damien Jurado, @speedyortiz , Lee Ranaldo & the Dust, @suuns_mtl , Disappears, POND, @swearingatmotorists , @milescooperseaton, Hallo Venray, Be Forest., Scott Spillane, and Neutral Milk Hotel. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟯 - 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸! 👉 LINK IN BIO The second annual Beaches Brew took place over the last week of May 2013. Word of the free festival had started to spread throughout the independent music scenes in Italy and—due to the Belmont connection— also in The Netherlands, and attendance was more than double from the year before! What a magic edition under Hana-Bi's roof! 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟮 - 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗻 After a few great years of working together to bring live music to the Italian city of Ravenna, Chris Angiolini (Bronson, Hana-Bi, Fargo) approached Bas Flesseman & Bob Van Heur of Amsterdam’s Belmont Bookings to collaborate on a small, free festival along the Adriatic Sea. Many artists on the Belmont roster fell in love with Hana-bi when they came to play, and Chris felt that the partnership between Bronson and Belmont had just the right spark to make his festival dream a reality. Bas and Bob quickly agreed. And so, in 2012, Beaches Brew was born.
